В рамках деловой программы выставки Seafood Expo Russia 2021 Ассоциация организаций продуктового сектора (АСОРПС) проведет ряд мероприятий по вопросам логистики и холодильного оборудования.
Конференция «Непрерывная холодильная цепь как инструмент сохранения качества пищевых продуктов» пройдет 8 сентября с 12:30 до 15:30. Помимо членов АСОРПС, в ней примут участие эксперты Российской академии наук и отраслевых научно-исследовательских институтов, представители сектора логистики, ассоциаций, ОАО «РЖД» и АО «ГЛОНАСС».
Непрерывность соблюдения температурного режима необходима для устойчивой и эффективной логистической цепочки, которая обеспечит качество и доступность рыбной продукции на всей территории России. Ее значимость обусловлена спецификой отечественного рынка: отдалённость расположения районов промысла от регионов основного потребления рыбной продукции.
Среди основных задач конференции – выработка комплексных решений для оптимизации расходов компаний рыбной отрасли за счет эффективной логистики. Участники мероприятия обсудят технико-технологические решения для соблюдения температурных условий при хранении и обороте пищевой продукции, комплексный подход к созданию непрерывной холодильной цепи.
В конце первого дня выставки и форума, 8 сентября, с 16:00 до 17:00 запланирована встреча участников мероприятия с представителями АСОРПС. Главный вопрос повестки – организация железнодорожных перевозок рыбы и морепродуктов с Дальнего Востока в рефрижераторных контейнерах. Обсуждение ситуации с дальневосточной логистикой в рамках отдельной встречи связано со значительными объемами добываемой рыбы, ограничением ее поставок на внешние рынки и задачами направления грузопотока на территорию центральной России.
В этот же день, 8 сентября, состоится круглый стол по холодильному оборудованию с ведущими производителями холодильной техники: ООО «Данфосс», ООО «Рефкул», ООО «Термокул».

IV Международный рыбопромышленный форум и Выставка рыбной индустрии, морепродуктов и технологий/Global Fishery Forum & Seafood Expo Russia 2021 – крупнейшее отраслевое событие в России. Организатор – Федеральное агентство по рыболовству при поддержке Минсельхоза России.
Мероприятие пройдет 8-10 сентября 2021 года в г. Санкт-Петербурге в КВЦ «Экспофорум».

Logistics issues will be discussed in Seafood Expo Russia 2021
Within the framework of Seafood Expo Russia 2021 first day business program Association of Food Sector Organizations (ASORPS) will hold number of events on issues of logistic and refrigeration industry.
The conference “Development of the Cold Chain for Perishable Food Products” will be held from 12:30 to 15:30. In addition to ASORPS members, the conference will be attended by experts from the Russian Academy of Sciences and industry research institutes, representatives of the logistics sector: manufacturers and distributors of refrigeration equipment, professional associations, Russian Railways, GLONASS.
The conference participants will discuss issues related to ensuring the required temperature conditions in the process of supplying food products. Among them: a set of technical and technological solutions that ensure compliance with the required temperature conditions during the storage and circulation of food products, and the implementation of an integrated approach to create a continuous cold chain.
The importance of an uninterrupted cold chain for setting up sustainable and efficient logistics is due to the Russian specifics of the geography of fishing and the need to organize the delivery of catches to the end consumer. The participation of representatives from all involved industries will allow for the development of comprehensive solutions. The main objectives of the event are to improve logistics chains to provide consumers with affordable domestic fish.
From 16:00 to 17:00 on September 8, it is planned a meeting with ASORPS on the transportation of fish products by rail from the Far East. The meeting will reviewed issues of fish logistics, including rail transportation in refrigerated containers from the Far Eastern territories. A separate discussion of the situation with the Far Eastern logistics is associated with the significant volumes of fish caught, the restriction of their supply to foreign markets and turning the cargo traffic to the territory of central Russia.
Also, on the first day of the exhibition, a round table on refrigeration equipment will be held with leading companies-manufacturers of refrigeration equipment: Danfoss, Refcool, Thermocool.

IV Global Fishery Forum & Seafood Expo Russia 2021 is the largest event in the Russian fishing industry. The event will take place on 8-10 September 2021 at the Expoforum Exhibition and Convention Centre in St. Petersburg.
